CHIEFS TOURS Terms and Conditions of Service:
Please read the Terms and Conditions of The Chiefs Rugby Club (CHIEFS TOURS) carefully before submitting your online booking form. By clicking on the box besides the words ‘I have read and accept the Chiefs Rugby Club legal terms and conditions’ in the online booking application form, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

The CHIEFS TOURS participant is solely responsible for any insurance that is needed, including but not limited to health insurance in case of serious injury while undertaking there training sessions. You as the participant are responsible for evaluating the type, extent and levels of any insurance coverage you need. This insurance must cover any personal injury you may sustain during these training session. The Chiefs will endeavor to assess player’s abilities and provide a safe training environment.

The registration fee is 100 percent refundable until 4 weeks before the first camp. The Chiefs Rugby Club will then provide an opportunity for the participant to hold credit for future camps or transfer to another player.

All registration fee payments attract a 5% transaction fee charge to cover PayPal fees (where applicable), bank fees and currency conversion charges.

The CHIEFS TOURS participants acknowledges and accepts the responsibilities and risks associated with their choice to participate in rugby training. Such training and play can be hazardous and involves a certain degree of risk through contact training and general play of rugby. CHIEFS RUGBY CLUB /CHIEFS TOURS including any and all of its employees, managers, directors, shareholders, to the maximum extent of the law are not liable for any loss or harm the CHIEFS TOURS participant member or associates may suffer, including but not limited to loss caused directly or indirectly by:

  • Personal injury;
  • Emotional injury;
  • Death;
  • Illness or disease;
  • Damage to or loss of property;
  • Natural disasters;

    The Chiefs will endeavor to provide an environment that encourages safe play and practices under New Zealand Law (Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 (HSWA)).
    CHIEFS RUGBY CLUB /CHIEFS TOURS staff/stakeholders will do everything in their power to keep academy members safe, but all risk remains with the CHIEFS TOURS participant.

    The CHIEFS TOURS participant must abide by the rules in place by CHIEFS TOURS. CHIEFS TOURS objectives are to improve your rugby skills through the 6 pillars of training. No prohibited substances are allowed in the camp.

  • CHIEFS RUGBY CLUB /CHIEFS TOURS reserves the right to notify the emergency contact appointed by the CHIEFS TOURS participant in circumstances deemed appropriate by CHIEFS RUGBY CLUB.
  • CHIEFS RUGBY CLUB reserves the right to use feedback and images provided or shared for marketing and promotional purposes.
  • CHIEFS RUGBY CLUB reserves the right to refuse acceptance to any application
  • The CHIEFS TOURS participant certifies that all information provided to CHIEFS RUGBY CLUB is truthful and no information has been withheld. CHIEFS RUGBY CLUB /CHIEFS TOURS reserve the right to remove a participant from the programme, without refund or compensation, if it becomes apparent that false information is provided or rules are broken whilst in training.
